The Nuyumbalees Cultural Centre Expansion plans include:

• Big House to accommodate special events and potlatches
• Outdoor learning and demonstration area between the Cultural Centre and the Carving and Learning Centre to facilitate Cultural Education Programs.
• Covered walkway between buildings
• The Kwi Kwi Gillas (House of Eagles) Carving and Education Centre text to the Cultural Centre will be used for a variety of cultural programs, traditional dance performances, and cultural resource centre.
• Ah-wah-qwa-dzas( a place to relax and tell stories)Newly constructed to provide a beautiful venue for cultural education, stories, traditional salmon bbq and traditional dance performances
